SHURA ISLAND

Designed by the renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners, the island is developed around the "Coral Bloom" concept. The design dictates that the island's buildings are low-impact, lightweight structures nestled directly into dunes and beaches to resemble natural driftwood washed ashore. There are no high-rises. Instead, the topography has been physically enhanced with a new inland lagoon and engineered beaches designed to act as defensive buffers against rising global sea levels.

We use a number of tools and workflows that make design and modeling much faster and more quality-efficient. Leveraging advanced software like Autodesk Revit, Rhinoceros, and other tools, we streamline the design process, enhancing accuracy and reducing the time required for revisions. These tools allow for seamless collaboration, ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, we employ automated workflows and scripting to handle repetitive tasks, further improving efficiency. All these efforts are aimed at ensuring that all deliverables are met within the deadlines previously specified in the scope of work, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
