As general contractor, GES plans, procures and manages every trade on site under one contract. Our project managers build a detailed programme and cost plan before mobilisation, then control progress, quality and safety daily against it.

You receive weekly progress reports, a live risk register and one point of contact who is accountable for delivering the project on time, on budget and to specification.
